Do I need to be a student at the University of Illinois at Chicago?
Yes, the SUCCEEDS clinic provides services exclusively to undergraduate and graduate students at UIC.
When are meetings for SUCCEEDS held?
Group meeting times change from semester to semester. Please see our “About SUCCEEDS” page. If enrolled in the enhanced program, individual meetings with your coach will be scheduled based on your availability.
Can you provide me with documentation to get academic accommodations for my classes?
As part of the assessment procedure, we gather all the necessary information to provide students with documentation to receive academic accommodations, if warranted, with the Disability Resource Center.
We do not prescribe medications for ADHD. We can work with students to provide documentation to help facilitate the receipt of prescription medications from a licensed psychiatrist or primary care provider, if warranted. Additionally, we work closely with the Department of Psychiatry at UIC to help accommodate our students’ prescription needs.
